Stash Findr

Terms of Use

Effective 25 September 2026

These terms apply to the Stash Findr mobile app ("the app"), made by Misha Babets ("I", "me"). By using the app you agree to them. If you downloaded the app from the App Store, Apple's Standard End User License Agreement also applies; where it conflicts with these terms, it takes precedence.

1. The app

I grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the app on devices you own or control. You may not copy, modify, resell, reverse engineer or attempt to bypass the app's limits, purchase checks or security measures, except where the law allows it.

2. Your account

The app works with a guest account; signing in with Google, Apple or email lets you keep your data and tokens across devices. You're responsible for keeping access to your sign-in account. A guest account can't be recovered if you uninstall the app or lose your phone, so sign in if your data matters to you.

3. Your content

Your cards, photos and notes belong to you. You give me only the permissions needed to store, sync and process them to run the app, including sending them to AI providers when you use AI features (see the Privacy Policy). Don't upload content that is illegal or that you don't have the right to use. Keep your own backups of anything important.

4. Purchases

5. AI features

AI suggestions (titles, tags, categories, search results) are generated automatically and can be wrong. Check them before relying on them, especially for things like expiry dates or safety information. Fair-use limits apply, such as a daily limit on AI searches.

6. Ads

The Free version shows ads provided by Google AdMob. Pro removes them.

7. Acceptable use

Don't use the app to break the law, to harm others, to abuse or overload the service, or to obtain free tokens or purchases by fraud (for example, by faking devices or purchases). I may suspend or remove tokens or accounts involved in abuse.

8. Availability and changes

I work to keep the app running, but it's provided "as is" and may sometimes be unavailable, change or, eventually, be discontinued. If a paid feature is discontinued, I'll give reasonable notice where possible.

9. Liability

To the extent the law allows, I'm not liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for loss of data, and my total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the app in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have as a consumer that can't be limited by contract.

10. Ending use

You can stop using the app at any time and delete your account (see Delete account). I may suspend access if you seriously break these terms.

11. Changes to these terms

I may update these terms. The date at the top shows the latest version; for significant changes I'll let you know in the app. Continuing to use the app after a change means you accept it.
